Ame Zek is an electroacoustic sound artist, guitar player, composer and sound sculptor. His interests and work are based on experiences in experimental,improvised, electronic,contemporary,acoustic, noise, new and traditional music and field recordings. Instruments, sound sources and tools used in Ame Zek’s music practice vary from different types of prepared guitars, acoustic percussions, self made objects, contact microphones,analog modular synthesizer, amplified feedback speakers, magnetic field microphones and digital midi machines. Elo Masing is a composer/free improviser of Estonian origin, currently based in London, UK. Her music has been performed internationally by renowned soloists and ensembles and released on the Squeaky Kate and squib-box labels. She has recently been awarded a PhD at the Royal Academy of Music, where she explored the physicality of instrumental performance in chamber music, and with support from the Academy, received private tuition from Rebecca Saunders. Adam Goodwin is a Texan double bassist, composer, and visual artist. He engages in a wide spectrum of artistic activity that involves frequent collaboration with performers, composers, sound artists, choreographers, dancers and visual artists. Having completed music degrees in both classical and contemporary double bass performance, Goodwin moved to Berlin, Germany to delve fully into the world of experimental and improvised music. Guilherme Rodrigues is a Portuguese composer, improviser and sound artist. Apart from work in music ensembles ranging for contemporary classical to free improvisation, also works with live music poetry, theatre and film-music. After lengthy residency in Lisboa, (1988-2016) moved to Berlin and has been active as composer and improviser in the scene.
