Fairly extended pieces characterised by ambiguous and unstable harmonic and rhythmic systems, with compelling and unique results. 

Adam Pultz Melbye is a regular presence on the Berlin scene for improvisation, often working with dance. Regular projects include the bands LUBB, Angel, the electronic duo Toggle, a duo with dancer Akemi Nagao and solo performances. His work is oriented towards exploring the textural and resonant possibilities of the double bass. 

Julia Reidy is a composer and improviser from Sydney, Australia. Drawing from a pallet of sounds characterised by a relentlessly searching attitude and a keen interest in pretty much everything – her structures range from subtle, unfolding intricacies to harsh, abrasive attacks, delivered always with undiluted focus and intention.
