/// Infinite Monkey Theorem (The POOL Berlin)

Infinite Monkey Theorem is the conclusion of the artistic pathways of Marcus Block (ANN) and Sebastian Mehl (Gnilyf). Both look back on almost two decades of experience. Independently of each other, they gained skills in various fields of electronic music, such as djing, producing, live performances, sound design, etc. About a decade ago their paths crossed and they began to share their knowledge, drive and inspire each other. In all these years both of them have never had the idea to combine the creative forces in a solid project. But now they put their synthesizers, samplers, tapes, modulars, and pedals together, what results in an interweaving of deep ambient, playful drones, vivid textures of strange jazz.

/// Demiurge (Klangscheiben, The POOL Berlin)

In summer 2018 during Montreux Jazz Festival I recorded myself playing the piano at a friends house in Montreux for transforming the session afterward into a modular improvisation, which will happen at Spektrum Berlin for the first time. All the sounds you will hear in this performance are based on the recording I did. Await a world of glitchy and experimental piano sounds

Our visuals will be done again by our partners from akustoOptik, which are doing always a great job in visualizing the music you hear.
