Willpower LifeForce, an Audiovisual Artist and Performer will present his first instrument the Willpower Theremin. Watch a short teaser how of how it works. 

WILLPOWER STUDIOS is his Multi-Dimentional Creative Universe. From his perspective, reality is not real, but a projection of our ever changing consciousness, which is why he is a projection artist, using light and sound to create worlds that reinvent existence and how we live the human experience.

The work of WILLPOWER STUDIOS is based on Research & Development. The focus is on Software and Hardware Engineering for creating tools of expression and connections between diverse people in the context of spaces. The resulting works are used for new commissions.

Willpower Theremin: "The original Theremin is an electronic musical instrument controlled without physical contact. It was invented in 1928 by Léon Theremin of Russia. I created my version by adding a visual component. The video above demonstrates the first version. I wrote an Oscillator Software in C++ (Programming Language / openFrameworks). I then used 2 infrared sensors via Arduino to capture the distance of my hands in mid air to control its amplitude and frequency. On top of that, I mapped them to a x/y axis for the visuals and sound to be animated by hand & body movements.”
