Sergey Kostyrko is a Russian sound and media artist, based in St. Petersburg and known for his participation in a number of bands (Benzolnye Mertvecy, Mars-96, Coaxil) and for collaborative projects with Ilia Belorukov, Alexei Borisov, Kurt Liedwart, Rutger Zuydervelt, Daichi Yoshikawa, Dariusz Mazurowski. He is a co-organizer of Fulldozer Festival (St. Petersburg, 2013, 2014), Spina!Fest (St. Petersburg, 2016) and co-founder of Spina!Rec cassette label. With his solo project Kostyrko is involved in research of new aesthetics in electronic sound. His works combines different technologies and approaches to sound synthesis: during performances and studio sessions he plays modular synthesizer, employs multi-channel sound systems, uses field recordings and different sampling techniques. As a media artist, he mostly works with generative graphics and interactive audio-visual systems. One of his last work in collaboration with Evgenii Bugaev "A bird with displaced center of mass" has been nominated for Sergey Kuryokhin Contemporary Art Award (St. Petersburg, 2016) . ASTMA is the duo project of Olga Nosova and Russian industrial electronic scene pioneer Alexei Borisov. Bob Meanza is the pseudonym of Michele Pedrazzi, media and sound artist born in Verona, now based in Berlin. He has done sound installations („Cicadas“, 2013), he’s worked for theater projects (Barok the Great, Pesatura dei Punti) and video art („I’m not playing“ with Marco Mendeni) and as media designer he collaborated with Studio Azzurro, N!03, Asteria, id3d-berlin, Beier+Wellach. His solo performance at Spektrum will be a live rendition and recomposition of the sounds from „OU“, a work he released in 2015 with Filipe Dias De.
