Vilhelm Bromander
Vilhelm Bromander (1988) is a Swedish bass player, improviser and composer. The last couple of years he has established himself as one of the most interesting and active musicians on the Stockholm experimental scene. With a great curiosity in sound, texture, intonation and timbre he embraces his bass from a lot of different angles: improvisational, emotional, compositional, social and political. He draws his inspiration from a lot of different genres such as improvised sound, just intonation, dhrupad and free jazz. http://vilhelmbromander.com/
Michael Thieke
The Berlin-based clarinetist/composer/performer Michael Thieke is equally at home across a broad range of sonic environments, such as experimental song forms, collectively composing projects, improvising collectives, on the fringes of jazz. He is exploring the minutiae of sound, timbre and noise, with a particular interest in microtonality and related sound phenomena, and with a preference for long-term collaborations and collective work. http://www.michael-thieke.de/
